The Homeward Bound Care team, led by registered nurses, will holistically assess each person, taking into consideration their overall health including physical, psychological, and social wellbeing. We take the time to get to know each individual and their family.
We listen to every concern and requirement and integrate these into a personal care plan for their stay with us. We also work in partnership with a multidisciplinary team of health and care professionals, including NHS, GPs, pharmacists, community nurses, and a range of Allied Health Professionals to ensure we offer the absolute best care.

Convalescence at the Manor House enables residents to rest and recover to support their seamless return home.
In addition to a comprehensive package of 24-hour nursing and care in safe and comfortable surroundings, we also offer nutritious cooked meals, a plan of health care and the unwavering support of our dedicated care professionals, all of which improve their chances of returning home or to a new care setting.
Our flexible approach enables us to provide short-term residential stays for individuals, who will be looked after by the Homeward Bound nursing and care team, allowing families and carers to take some well-earned rest.
